Reeth lies in beautiful Swaledale, dominated by the village green with breathtaking views,it is the perfect place for visiting the Yorkshire Dales.

Named after a much loved local midwife, Nurse Cherry Cottage is a delightful two bedroomed 4 star stone built property. Situated at the top of Back Lane the cottage offers lovely views and a beautiful garden in which to sit and stare. The interior has been both thoughtfully and beautifully decorated offering every home comfort.

The open fire provides a cosy night in on those cold winter evenings. There are plenty of stunning walks direct from the cottage and after a hard days hike, Reeth offers several pubs and cafes to choose from as well as a delicious organic bakery.

Two local stores offer further basics including milk,bread etc. Larger shops can be found at nearby Richmond (approx 9 miles) and Leyburn (7 miles). A market visits every friday on the green selling local produce.

For the children there are many farms open. Our children have watched lambs been born and fed them,milked the cows,washed the pigs!! There is also a park 5 minutes walk away with the best views and walks down to the river where we have taken our dinghy many times!!! In the cottage there are many toys,games,fishing nets,dvds and cds.
