Local Attractions

Amble around the many pretty villages with names such as Crackpot and Muker. Walk along the cobbled streets and visit speciality shops and markets selling local cheeses, beers,breads etc. Visit some of the local farms and in the spring you can be lucky to see the lambs been born.  Hazel Brow and Big Sheep Little Cow farms provide a real insight into farm life and guided tours are given, a must for children.  We have also watched the sheepdog training which is amazing too  There are so many things to see and do in Yorkshire whatever the weather and listed below are a few links to give you some ideas.
